I was walking out from a restaurant and still feeling hungry. Ahhhh, found a goreng pisang stall on the road side not far away. This lady was transferring the fried pisang from the pan to another container. Few of the goreng pisang fell to the ground!! After looking left and right realising no one is looking, she gave the goreng pisang a few blow and put it together with the rest. I was shocked and immediately turn away. Lost my appetite!

In a stall near my house, they use those cheap oil in plastic bags. So one day I saw them pouring it into the hot kuali, with the plactic bag dipped in. And when she emptied the plastic bag and pulled it out, it's already half gone, melted into the hot oil.
eemmm... makes it more delicious rite? hehehee
there's a reason why u insist on freshly fried ones.

road side stall is like tat lo. small capital but huge return and they still wan to do all those unethical stuff to earn more.
so gua ah so guaaaaaaa... nowadays oh, ppl only think of making profit. *sigh* Wait till the goreng pisang stall lady see other ppl do it when she wanna eat poh pia... hehee
There is an stall operating on an van. See this man use a piece of cloth to get rid off those excess oil on the sieve that drip off right after taken from the frying pan. A slight drizzle happened last Saturday, the man used that cloth to clean the dirt and the rain-water on the van windows and then conveniently use it to sieve.
That's why moms always insist that:
