I'm at other branch office, on standby for one staff who is on holiday for 2 days. Surprised to see the state of his working table. Darn messy! Could not understand how can a late 20's young man tolerate with such messy working environment. Lots of rubbish, empty boxes lying around, newspaper on the tray all not properly organised.
At least what he can do is to allocate 5 - 10 mins before off office hour for some housekeeping task. Not too hard to do. A clean & properly organised work place makes the working environment much better & your colleague will have a good positive impression on you.
