Learning from someone

I was attending to one user call this evening. Problem connecting to a port system. Managed to get hold of the system personnel who assist to reset the modem at their end. A message appear on the computer screen. Apparently, I need to key in some command at the screen to start up the system.
I was waiting for a return call. Then one of the operation staff saw the prompt on the screen & told me to key a certain key & hit ENTER. Hey!!! The system is back online.

Well, I learn something new from the operation staff today.

That just show that, no matter how significant a person is in an organisation or in your life, we still can learn from them.
