Got a call from a lady claim to be from TM call centre this evening around 5pm, asking me to sign up for TM Let's Talk RM38 package. I was told the usual RM26 rental will be waived. Can make unlimited local & outstation call free of charged. Calls to HP will be charged at certain rate. I asked few questions as to whether there's any conditions or limit on the number of hours that I can make, she said NO. From the way she talk, it sounds very impatience & rude to me. She asked for some details which I gave w/out giving a second thought!
Now comes to think of it, I'm a bit regret. I should have end the call immediately the moment I felt uncomfortable & irritated talking to the lady. My first mistakes ! OK, I'm learning & will not make such mistakes again in future.
I should have asked the lady to call back again tomorrow to confirm whether I will like to sign up for the package, instead of giving her the confirmation on the spot ! Second mistakes! If TM want my business, they will call back.
I did some search on the Net on TM Let's Talk package. I heard lots of negative things about that package & some said they got mislead & sort of like cheated by TM. Damn! Regret!
