Try It If You Dare

Lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles.

Now while doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your right hand.

SEE what happened ? Your foot changed direction.

wah bro, u planning to loose weight? Dun keep checking the weighting machine bro. The weight eventually will keep changing everyday, either more 1 kg, less 1 kg and many more differences you can have. :)

Bro, that spare tyre? I myself also haven't loose it. :p

Need a dedication and long fight for it.

First, build your core muscles: lower back, abs, and the others.

Second, loose more weight. When you loose weight, the fat covering your six pack will slowly disappear.

Third, diet for the abs. This is not easy though, as I still enjoying food at times. But try to eat in smaller portion and eat regularly about 5-6 times a day, but small portion and less fat, high fiber.

I think this will work. hohoho For me, nowadays I only do Body Combat. I didn't do weight training anymore. But body combat do help me to reach the goal slowly (since there are push ups and sit ups during the conditioning part).

If I could add on some weight training to it and more varieties to my exercise, I could reach the goal in few months time. But, its just so exhaustive. :)
