Why No Respond External Hard Disk

• check the USB cable to see whether the connection at external hard disk casing & computer is tight.
  
  if still fail,
  
• try change USB cable.
  
  if still fail,
  
• open up the hard disk casing. Ensure the hard disk is tightened to the board.
  
  if still fail, Buy A New One.
