Heard of the Minneapolis bridge tradegy? Even there are annual inspection being conducted, yet this still happened. Accident can happen anytime, no matter where you are. But the question I will like to ask you here is, do you know what to do, just incase this happened in Malaysia, while you were on a bridge? How will you react? Who & what number will you dial first?
