On 7th Feb all of a sudden, my prepaid credit becomes ZERO!!! Even received a shared top up of RM5 transferred to me, the credit still showed ZERO ! Top up online RM30, credit still showed ZERO! Claim 50 sms from the rewards points, guess what ? Yup! Nothing happened.
Reported to Maxis the next day. Got the credit of RM30 & 50 sms late in the evening. But no news on the RM5 shared top up. Reported to Maxis again on 12th Feb. They insist the RM5 had already been credited.
HELLo0o0o0o ! I keep track of the balance ok! If it's there, I wouldn't need to waste time & money to call you fellas again ! If the report has been made to you, check lah! Don't keep argue with customer! Customer complain for a reason ! Not for fun!

*sigh* Lazy to argue anymore. Whatever lah Hotlink! If system never wrong, I wouldn't have report the problem on 8th Feb.

yes i agree with you. I have this problem all the time with Astro. We pay few days late they faster cut the line, but when want to reconnect they take 6-7 days. Then so much excuse la. The most common one is, "sorry maam, our system is down"..so sick la !
