Gmail is now giving away a big chunk of mail storage space - 7354mb as of today, & it's increasing in time. Thank you Google!

Streamyx mail storage is still standing firm at 4mb. Looks like it's not going to move for another decade. Way to go TM !

Possible Sign of Theft

Was in the car with darling this morning. Saw some hands & finger prints at the back windows. Those marks was definately not there before, as I washed the car yesterday night. Must be some useless & irresponsible dunggus peeping inside & trying to see what they can grab. Luckily we did not keep anything, otherwise the windows will have been smashed.

Dinner at Pak Li

Dinner with darling at Pak Li, Bandar Baru Klang today. Darling ate Prawn Mee, while I ate Lemon Chicken Rice. Pics below are taken using my super clear HTC Diamond 2 phone camera - auto focus, 5.0 Mega Pixels. Clear right ? Don't blay blay ahhhh...

I love the rice, smells great. The crispy chicken covers with lemon juice, is simply delicious.
















For dessert, we have Snow Ice Manggo. Price is reasonable. We got a free Ice Coffee with any purchase of more than RM20. The service is also good & warm. Makes me & darling want to eat at this place again. But one disadvantage, compare to the neighbour, it does not have much variety of food selection.

On Leave

Have been in up north since last Friday night. The driving journey took at 4 hours. Prefer to drive than fly.

Here's a famous clock tower, the landmark of the city.

Coincidence, the Pesta Kedah - Kedah Sejahtera is being organised near Laguna & is attracting lots of visitors.

New Scam ?

An excerpt frm email forwarded by a friend :

A few days ago, one of my friends received a sms with the message: You've strike 1st prize with a prize money of RM200,000 cash. The sms came with a contact no. My friend ignored it since he had heard of too many bogus scams using similar tactics. After a short while his handphone rang, a Miss Fang asked:

"Sir have you received a sms telling you that you've strike 1st prize?"

My friend answered: "Yes, I have"

Miss Fang: "Please let us have your bank account number so that we can deposit the money into your account."

My friend thought, why not, let's see what you can do. My friend has a buddy who works in that bank. Hence, he gave her his accound number. Ten minutes later, my friend's handphone started ringing again..

Miss Fang said: "Sir, we have deposited your prize money into your account, please check and verify."

My friend checked using his handphone and found that RM200,000 was really deposited into his account. He was euphoric, just like that and he's RM 200,000 richer! 30 minutes later, Miss Fang called again.

She was crying: "I'm sorry sir, I made a mistake, I forgot to deduct the tax before I deposited the prize money, 20% of RM 200,000 equals to RM40,000. Now the company wants me to reimburse the money. Can you please return the RM 40,000 tax? I beg you."

My friend thought for a while and felt pity for the lady. Thinking of the money in his bank account, he went to the bank. Suddenly he thought of his buddy working in that bank and decided to ask his buddy to double check and confirm for him first. Upon checking, his buddy found out that the money was deposited using a cheque of a different bank. Even though the cheque was deposited but the actual amount of money can't be transfered into his account on the same day. If the other party decided to cancel the cheque, then he'll not get this RM 200,000. My friend was shocked. He almost lost RM 40,000. Before my friend left for home on that day, the cheque was actually cancelled. If not for his buddy, if not for him being a professional or if he was scare of letting others know of striking the prize then this bogus scam would be successful.

This is a true story, please beware.

Manhanttan Fish Market

Went makan with darling yesterday at Subang Parade Manhanttan Fish Market. My first time at MFM. Its table are fill with nice & informative drawings.

As we walked inside looking for table, there's a hologram projected on the floor. Impressive design, really looks like real - lots of fish swimming around. As we walk passed the hologram, we can see the effect, felt like we really touched the water & the fish swim & disappeared.

Generally, the food was delicious. We ate the seafood set. We cleared everything, not even a single french fries left.

HTC Diamond 2 Cool Feature

What's cool about HTC Diamond 2 ? Well for one, it has a sensor. It makes reading easier, whether the phone is tilted vertically or horizontally, especially when reading SMS & viewing photos.

Regret

Is there any thing you regret most at work ? Like working in a company which working conditions are not conducive to productivity, bosses who likes to scream & shout like nobody business, etc.
Well, the thing is that, today I felt so regret having given a IT vendor the business opportunity & bought a piece an expensive hardware from them. I'm partly to be blamed for the poor judgement earlier. They do not have the expertise, the man power, the skill set. What I hate most is the way the vendor talked, as if they trying to avoid their responsibility.

H1N1 in UITM Melaka ?

Heard over the air waves this morning. H1N1 cases reported in UITM Melaka. It's getting worst. Even though quarantined order given to those infected, they still need to go out to look for food. If they sneeze in public, I wonder what will happened next. Chain reaction ?

What's The Rush

Was on federal highway in the morning. This Nisssan Sentra appear out of no where from behind & as if the driver like my butt so much, he tailgate me so darn close. At that instant, I was cursing him for his ill driving manners. Maintaining at the same lane, the slower I go, the more intimates he gets. I can feel as if my butt was about to be kissed. Hit on the brake lightly & at that instant, I can see that he kept his distance. Hah!! The bastard didn't expect that coming from me. Slowy move to the other lane & as he passed, I knew he's going to stare & horn at me. I showed him my middle finger! Take that you bastard!!!

Nose Bleed

Was sleeping soundly, out of sudden, nose bleed.

Any remedy for nose bleed out there ?
