It's hard to earn someone's trust. I wonder how many people understand what I meant by that. If there are people who understood what that means, how many of you out there will not betray someone's trust.
It makes thing even difficult if you have lost trust in your subordinate. Have you been in this situation ?

So true. Trust works both ways, its like "u cant clap with one hand". Trust grows and u need to build in with a strong foundation.
Trusting God is the safest and best.
