It comes with a small little plate like base fill with water.

BJM 2728 WAJA
The fella who drive a Proton Waja, BJM 2728 is one hell of a rude, idiot & have a brain of an ostrich! No only did he overtake dangerously, but also on double line & putting other drivers life in danger.
If he continues with this kind of driving, he's going to end up 6ft underground.
Beware of this driver!
