After given the password to access Trend Micro Office Console to the headquater in US, I'm having problem signing in.
Using OfficeScan 8 Service Pack 1 Build 3243 .
To reset the password :
Edit \Program Files\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV\ofscan.ini
Change the section, master_pwd= value to = 70 & save it.
Edit \Program Files\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV\Private\ofcserver.ini
Change master_pwd= value to 70 & save it.
Sign in to console using default password -> 1
I wonder what the fella in US is trying to do with my OfficeScan.
Finally figured it out why Cisco VPN connection using Maxis Wireless Broadband couldn't work. I'm able to get authenticated successfully on Cisco VPN, but there's no data traffic occurred.
At Maxis Broadband dialer, click on
TOOLS - OPTIONS. Under GENERAL - CONNECTION TYPE, select
RAS(modem).
My HTC Touch Diamond 2 sms count been showing 1 unread even though there's none (after checking on all sms folders). Cold boot device doesn't help. Editing this Registry also not helping :

Zyxel certainly has a strange way of putting the ICMP protocol onto a confusing menu (at
Maintenance - Tools instead of
Advanced - Firewall. Been cracking head configuring Zyxel to be able to be ping from WAN.
Access Zyxel configuration via web based.
Navigate to
Maintenance - Tools.
Click
ICMP & choose
Respond to Ping on LAN & WAN.
Click
Apply.
