Hmm... have this user complaining can't send his Streamyx mail via Microsoft Outlook for the past few days. He managed to sign on to webmail.tm.net.my using the same password.
The problem was the Logon Information - User name.
Previously, with this setting abc@streamyx works! But it doesn't now. Gotta have a .com right after abc@streamyx -> abc@streamyx.com
Incoming mail server remains at pop.streamyx.com Port 110
Outgoing mail server smtp.streamyx.com Port 25 (hmm.. & I thought TM has blocked port 25 due to spam mitigation ? No ?)
