Man is not God. Man kind can predict what's in a person's mind, but they will not be able to read & tell precisely what the person is thinking at that particular time. Accuracy of that prediction is unknown. They could be right, they could be wrong. Many people tends to expect the other party to understand them, to know what they are going through, what's in their mind, etc.
Having that said, the best way is to have both party communicate & talk to each other.
