- (Preferred DNS Server: 202.188.0.133/Alternate DNS Server: 202.188.1.5)
3) Reboot computer and modem.
4) Try to connect and browse with 3 different IP address.
- (Switch off and switch on the modem to get different IP address each time).

Nope, the issue is still open.
Yea, tat's professional of them. But I wish they have the expertise to handle technical problems, that could instantly see the root caused of the problem, instead of asking customer to go through the normal routine troubleshooting steps.
