Went to Inland Revenue Dept in Klang to get the clearance for salary release yesterday. I was surprised to see some improvement in terms of the personnel who man the front counter. The lady that I deal with is courteous & very helpful. Even though I was made to wait due to their system down, but it's ok, because I was treated nicely.
At the same time took the opportunity to go to KWSP office to take form. Need to widthdraw money to reduce the housing loan. Darn loan ! Even though been paying every month, when the statement came, the balance amount is still not reducing. Looking at the loan & the monthly installment, it's putting lots of pressure on me.
Went over the bank to request for a letter which required by KWSP. The darn bank is charging RM20 for a simple letter. Blood sucker !!! And it's going to take them 2 - 3 weeks to come out with the letter. Hmph! Talking about efficiency & good service!!!

yep they have improved a lot compared to those days...
aiyo.. sell the condo la if its causing u so much misery..what is the point of having a big house or condo and cry every onth to pay..no happiness, not worth it.
