RSAT & Language Pack for Windows 10 Anniversary Update

RSAT for Windows 10 is available for download at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=45520 ( or search for RSAT for Windows 10).

Unfortunately, even though RSAT successfully installed (it only takes few seconds), Remote Server Administration Tool is just not available for use on Windows 10 Anniversary Update. Thanks to the post from Sysadmin Tips, the problem is due to Language Pack.
