Finally figured it out why Cisco VPN connection using Maxis Wireless Broadband couldn't work. I'm able to get authenticated successfully on Cisco VPN, but there's no data traffic occurred.
At Maxis Broadband dialer, click on TOOLS - OPTIONS. Under GENERAL - CONNECTION TYPE,select RAS(modem).
Thanks for the tips that helped me from cancelling my account with maxis....finally i'm able to get connection with Cisco VPN and download office data/emails. This is a big relief...thanks.

Thanks for the Tips. It really helped me resolve my nightmare. Thought i had to cancel my account with maxis and switch to DIGI or CELCOM.
