Create a new folder, say on your Desktop & named the folder GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

Windows 7 Welcome
Had this strange problem lately, where after login to Window 7 Ultimate, Welcome screen appear, but stays there longer time than usual (1 - 2 minutes) , then black screen shows up for another 1 - 2 minutes before Desktop appear.
Resolved it by disconnecting any unused network drive. Windows is trying to restore the network drives, which explained the delay.
